You are invited to participate in the 2018 Jordan River Arts Council’s Gift Market. As you know this is a significant fund-raising event for JRAC. In order to make this event a big success, I hope you will consider participating. If you know someone who is not a member and who would like to participate, please refer them and we may have a new member contributing to this unique event.
All work will be handled in a professional manner. Works are submitted at the owner’s risk and/or are covered by by the owner’s insurance. JRAC insurance coverage is limited to fire, theft or vandalism for materials only. JRAC will take a 30% commission on all work sold and the artist will keep 70% of the selling price. Please price accordingly.
We are looking for art that would make great gifts in a variety of price ranges. Consider gifts in the $5., $10. and $15. price range. There will be a Christmas tree to showcase ornaments for sale.
Artists should deliver art to JRAC on Sunday November 11, between 1:00 and 3:00 or Monday November 12 from 3:00 to 5:00.
The opening reception will be Sunday, November 18, from 1:00 to 4:00. The show will close on Sunday, December 23. Artists my pick up their work on Sunday the 23th until 5:00 p.m. or Monday the 24th from 10:00 to 12:00.
