FAQs
How long is my Membership valid? Can I renew early?
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase or from the last expiration date, which ever is longer. For example, if your membership isn’t due until May 2020, but you purchase a membership in December of 2019, then your new expiration date will be May 2021.
Do I need an email address to get a JRAC Membership?
No. The system will make you enter an “email address” in that field, but you can create what is known as a dummy email. Simply use yourname@dummyemail.com. You will be able to login and access the system for renewals, to purchase tickets, or make donations, but all correspondence will be sent via the mail.
I wanted to give more than the membership dues, but I don’t see an option to do that. How do I make an additional donation?
You can make an online donation (without purchasing a membership) or you can add both a membership and an extra donation to your cart to combine both.
Can I purchase a gift membership online?

Will I still get announcements in the mail?
Everyone will continue to receive gallery announcements and our newsletters in the mail. You can opt-in to receive all of your membership correspondence electronically from your account page.
This is an annual membership. Seniors are over the age of 60. Students must be currently enrolled in school, including any higher education or trade schools, or will be enrolled within the membership year. Military refers to all active and retired military personnel.
